Martin Finnie led a successful firm delivering recruitment solutions to international companies, while Alan Golightly is an experienced operations manager in the North Sea and international recruitment market.

Debbie McFarlane, who has extensive experience and a wealth of contacts in the oil and gas sector, was involved in the management buyout of a global recruitment specialist and the formation of another recruitment firm, which was later acquired by an international company.

Founding Director of Infinity Resources International, Amanda Dornan, said: “The appointments of Martin, Debbie and Alan to our team cement our international connections and broaden our client base and whole recruitment package across a variety of engineering and commercial disciplines. Their specialist knowledge and contacts will provide huge benefits to clients and contractors as demand for our proactive solutions continue to grow.”
